Refund Policy

Clear rules for the $1 reservation, how to request a refund, and what happens when final product checkout opens.

Is the $1 reservation refundable?

Yes. The $1 reservation is refundable before final purchase if you decide not to continue with Kastave at launch.

When can I request a refund?

You can request a refund any time before you complete the final product checkout or before final payment is collected. The reservation is not an automatic final product charge.

How do I request a refund?

Email info@kastave.com with the email address used for your reservation and any available receipt or checkout confirmation. Use the subject line “Kastave reservation refund” so we can find your request quickly.

How long does the refund take?

We aim to review refund requests within 3 business days. After approval, the payment provider usually returns funds to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Do final product orders have separate refund rules?

Yes. Final product orders, hardware delivery, warranty service, shipping charges, taxes and post-launch returns may follow separate refund rules shown at final checkout. Final product orders are not governed only by this $1 reservation policy.
